Thinking about a prenup? Here are some ideas from real prenuptial agreements…

• random drug testing
• restrictions to watching sportsm (i.e. one game per week)
• no vacations with inlaws
• travel bonuses if spouse is caught cheating
• dollar amount penalty for each time he or she cheats
• weight limits
• cash for every year marriage continues
• custody of babysitter, dogs, household staff
• required minimum sexual activity each week
• waiving of child support responsibilities

Be warned, many of these stipulations would not actually hold up in a court room in most states. Yet, it seems that people are still including them and that they are often honored by the married couple.
